3. Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions to function:

• Active Tab & All URLs: Required to scan the current page for downloadable files. The extension only accesses page content when you explicitly click the extension icon.
• Downloads: Required to initiate file downloads to your computer.
• Web Request: Required to detect media streams (video/audio) being loaded by the page.
• Storage: Used only to save your local preferences. No personal data is stored.
